People Finder تطبيق لـ Microsoft Teams يعمل بالكامل داخل Microsoft 365 الخاص بالجهة التي تستخدمه. هذه السياسة توضح البيانات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق، وأين تُحفظ، ومن يمكنه الوصول إليها.
الملخص
- لا يوجد سيرفر خاص بالتطبيق، ولا تصل إلينا أي بيانات من التطبيق.
- بيانات الموظفين تنتقل من Microsoft 365 إلى جهاز الموظف مباشرة.
- لا إحصائيات، ولا تتبع، ولا ملفات تعريف ارتباط، ولا أي طرف ثالث.
البيانات التي يقرؤها التطبيق
يقرأ التطبيق دليل الجهة من Microsoft Graph: الاسم، والإيميل، والوظيفة، والإدارة، والموقع، وأرقام التليفون، والصورة، والمدير المباشر والفريق التابع، واختيارياً حالة التوفر (متاح / مشغول). تتم القراءة بصلاحيات الموظف المسجّل نفسه (Delegated)، وهي صلاحيات قراءة فقط يوافق عليها مسؤول الجهة من SharePoint admin center. يرى كل موظف فقط ما يستطيع رؤيته بالفعل في دليل Teams وOutlook.
أين تُحفظ البيانات
- كود التطبيق مُخزَّن في SharePoint Online الخاص بالجهة، ويُحمَّل منه.
- نسخة من الدليل والصور تُحفظ على جهاز الموظف فقط (IndexedDB داخل Teams) لتسريع البحث، وتُحدَّث من Microsoft 365. الصور تنتهي صلاحيتها بعد 7 أيام.
- المفضلة والمجموعات والملاحظات التي يضيفها الموظف تُحفظ على جهازه فقط، ولا يراها أحد غيره، ولا تُرسَل لأي مكان.
تُحذف هذه البيانات بمسح بيانات Teams على الجهاز، وتحميها إعدادات الجهاز وتشفير القرص التابعة للجهة.
الترخيص
يتحقق التطبيق من ترخيصه داخل الجهاز فقط، بمقارنة معرّف Microsoft 365 الخاص بالجهة (Tenant ID) المضمّن في النسخة. لا يتم أي اتصال بسيرفر للتحقق.
ما لا يفعله التطبيق
- لا يرسل أي بيانات إلى المطوّر أو إلى أي طرف ثالث.
- لا يجمع إحصائيات استخدام أو بيانات تتبع.
- لا يعدّل أي شيء في Microsoft 365 الخاص بالجهة.
هذا الموقع
هذا الموقع صفحات ثابتة للتعريف بالتطبيق، بدون ملفات تعريف ارتباط أو إحصائيات أو خطوط وسكربتات خارجية. يُستضاف على Cloudflare، التي قد تحتفظ بسجلات تقنية قياسية (مثل عنوان IP) لتوصيل الموقع وحمايته. الموقع غير مستخدم في تشغيل التطبيق.

Privacy policy
People Finder is a Microsoft Teams app that runs entirely inside the Microsoft 365 of the organization using it. This policy explains what data the app handles, where it is stored and who can access it.
Summary
- The app has no server of its own, and no data from the app ever reaches us.
- Employee data goes from Microsoft 365 straight to the employee's device.
- No analytics, no tracking, no cookies, no third parties.
Data the app reads
The app reads the organization's directory from Microsoft Graph: name, email, job title, department, office, phone numbers, photo, manager and direct reports, and optionally availability (available / busy). It does so with the signed-in employee's own delegated, read-only permissions, approved by the organization's administrator in SharePoint admin center. Each employee sees only what they can already see in the Teams and Outlook directory.
Where data is stored
- The app's code is stored in, and loaded from, the organization's SharePoint Online.
- A copy of the directory and photos is cached on the employee's device only (IndexedDB in Teams) to make search fast, and is refreshed from Microsoft 365. Photos expire after 7 days.
- Favorites, groups and notes added by the employee are stored on their device only, are visible to no one else, and are never sent anywhere.
Clearing Teams data on the device removes them; they are protected by the organization's device settings and disk encryption.
Licensing
The app checks its license on the device only, by comparing the organization's Microsoft 365 tenant ID with the one built into the package. No server is contacted.
What the app does not do
- It does not send any data to the developer or to any third party.
- It does not collect usage statistics or tracking data.
- It does not change anything in the organization's Microsoft 365.
This website
This website is a set of static pages about the app, with no cookies, analytics, or external fonts and scripts. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. The website is not used to run the app.
