Terms of use

People Finder is owned by Aan0 Technology LLC (the “Author”) and is protected by the copyright laws of the United States (Title 17 of the U.S. Code) and international copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention. By using it you agree to these terms.

1. License

Each organization receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the package issued to it, only within its own Microsoft 365, by its employees, until the package's expiry date (if any), under the terms agreed with the Author.

2. Restrictions

Without the Author's prior written permission, no one may:

• copy, distribute, sell, rent or give the software to any third party;
• install a package in a Microsoft 365 tenant other than the one it was issued for;
• modify or reverse engineer the software, bypass its license check or expiry date, or remove copyright notices;
• use the software, or any part of it, to create a similar or competing product.

3. Organization's responsibilities

The organization is responsible for approving the app's permissions in its Microsoft 365, and for using it in line with its internal policies and the Microsoft 365 terms.

4. No warranty

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Author is not liable for any damages arising from its use or inability to use it.

5. Termination

The license ends automatically if any of these terms is breached or when the package expires. The organization must then stop using the software and remove it.
